“Make sure that your cassettes are in date. According to Rentokil, they believe that you have six months use from the date listed on the cassette, but, to be on the safe side, don't accept cassettes that do not have another 6 months left in date. I was sent two packs of 4 that only were in date another 4 months; hence the ambiguity.”
