“Item as described. Well packed. Prompt despatch. Pity about the carrier you use. Royal Mail is NOT now providing the service you are paying for! Their idea of 48 hour delivery is not the same as mine! Perhaps you should look at using a more reliable carrier. Royal Mail sent me a text message to say it would be delivered by 3 pm that day so I stayed in to take delivery. Just gone five pm they sent another email to say, that no they weren’t going to deliver, but would TRY to deliver it the following day! Sine Christmas every Royal Mail delivery I have had has been delayed, but every other carrier has delivered on time.”
