“My order of Toprose fertiliser arrived promptly but 2 packets of seeds ordered at the same time were missing by mistake. The company were excellent in responding to my email and quickly sent the seeds to me by priority post. They were very apologetic and I give them full marks for customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds is a good test of their customer service.”
