“I received the Dried Blood and the Tetra Pond fish food from you and was very pleased by the way it was packaged UNTIL I opened it and the Dried Blood had leaked out of both boxes. In the past when I have received Vitax Dried Blood, and other products in these boxes, they have always been packed in a plastic bag inside the boxes therefore they could not leak, but just to have it packed loosely in a box is ridiculous. Like I have said the way you packed the boxes and the fish food was excellent but I would have words with Vitax if I was you about just packing the Dried Blood in a box loosly is asking for trouble. Therefore I can only give a low star score. Sorry.”
