“The product is good but the delivery was awful. The product was received 13 days after order placement which included a £5.69 delivery cost. The payment was taken from my bank account just two days after order placement. For future orders, please ensure that payment is taken on same day when the order arrives at the household. The delivery cost of £5.69 should be refunded to the customer.”
