“The trays themselves are fine, the three star review due to the lengthy time it took to get them and the lack of proactive customer service. There was no contact by customer services about the delay until I phoned them thinking they must have got lost. Miraculously they were dispatched the same day. They still didn't arrive though, so I had to phone again. I finally received them after yet another phone call. Whilst I accept that lock down could possibly have caused some problems, the lack of proactive information was frustrating and at times the contact was not great.”
