“I did not realize that this was a useless thing. It says on the website that you use it with the Booster Frame but gives no indication that you will not be getting the frame because although it is all pictured as one unit and nobody is going to buy a cover they cannot use, the site fails to mention that the frame is something else. I don't think there is even an active link to the frame.”

Hi Joy, thank you for your review, hope you're well! The description of this product does advise that the frame is sold separately and there is a banner on the page which links to the Tomato Crop-Booster Frame under "We found other products you might like". We always try to make it as clear as possible when selling such items if another product is required to complete setup. If you would like to order the frame you can do so via the following link: https://www.littlefieldsfarm.com/haxnicks-tomato-crop-booster-frame Alternatively if you would like to return this to us for a refund please contact sales@littlefieldsfarm so we can advise you of the process. We hope that this addresses any concerns raised and thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Kindest Regards, Jamie (Customer Services Manager).
