“The order was dealt with very efficiently. The only reason why I am not giving you a higher rating than 3 stars is that I could not see anything in your sales pitch for this innovative product giving the measurement of the holes in the riddle (sieve). Arguably it's my fault that I didn't ring you to check first but it would be handy for this information to be given without prospective customers needing to bother you to find out. I already have an old-fashioned riddle and in fact the holes turn out to be about the same size as those in your new type of sieve (which seems a good produce in every sense except that the holes are slightly too big for my purposes) - or slightly smaller. A landscape gardener who recently re-worked the beds in my rear garden (converting rotten wooden raised beds into brick raised beds) rather unthinkingly mixed a lot of pea shingle (gravel) which covers the surrounding ground, with the earth in the new raised beds made of brick. Separating all these thousands of bits of pea shingle (shown in my attached photo) out from the earth , which he has unfortunately mixed together in the new beds, is a big task for me. I have experimented with your new type of riddle since receiving it from you and it does catch the bigger bits of pea shingle but the smaller stones just fall straight through, along with the earth they are mixed with, and back onto the soil below - so your Easy Riddle is half serving its purpose for me - but half not. It would be better if you stated the hole measurements when selling your product and not just the measurements of the product as at present.”
