“From purchase to delivery was terrible not happy. It took over a week for you guys to package my parcel 2 litres of Red Mite killer (nothing big) before it was sent out. When you have Red mite it is a priority to get them irradiated as quick as possible.”

Hi Fred, Thank you for your review, hope you're well! We're sorry to hear that your order took so long to despatch. This was unfortunately due to the Royal Mail strike action and the Bank Holiday as we've had to get setup with an alternative courier service which took longer than anticipated. Ironically we were trying to avoid disruptions so we apologise that we were unsuccessful in this regard on this occasion. Hopefully after this week things will be back to normal and standard delivery will revert to approximately 3-4 working days. Thank you so much for the order and for your patience.
