“Unfortunately I had to chase my order several times. First time was days after order was due to have been delivered and I was told the item had been damaged and they were awaiting new stock, due the next day. I was told it would be shipped next day delivery. Unfortunately it did not arrive so I had to chase it again, this time it was actually sent a day later than promised but also on a Friday, meaning I did not get my order till the Monday. This order should have taken approx 3 days and took closer to 13, with two chase up calls, meaning I had to change puppies diet which caused him distress.”
