Thank you for your review, hope you’re well! I’m sorry to hear that this product is not working as it should. Would you be able to send us a video of it not working please so that we can forward this to our supplier/the manufacturer who should be able to advise us on repair or replacement? sales@littlefieldsfarm.com If you’d like to speak to the manufacturer yourself it is possible that they may be able to advise on repair. They are called STV Pest Control and can be reached on 01953 881580 / info@stvpestcontrol.com They may of course redirect you to us although it is always useful to speak with them directly as they are usually more able to assess whether a faulty item can be repaired or needs to be replaced. “Was initially very sceptical as it’s a “Marmite” device that appeared to work well for about half the users and was useless for the other half. I now have 3 of them and they do work well for me with no new molehills in the protected area but some activity further away. However it’s summer and the moles tend to go down deep to find worms with less molehills anyway. Probably not so effective in light sandy soil (acoustic attenuation) or if soil not well packed around device.”

“A non-solar mole repeller has the distinct benefit of working 24/7 rain or shine. My purchase of two of these battery powered units initially seems money well spent. The build quality seems better than any I have used; (and have used a lot for the last 15 years). I have not given FIVE stars purely because - as yet - I only have a short usage time to judge from.”
