I would give zero stars if permitted. I purchased the STEM Discovery three pack as a birthday gift for my nephew, including the $25.00 for expidieted shipped to ensure it got there on time. A week later -- the order is still "Processing" and no email updates. I reach out to customer service: "We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Due to unexpectedly high demand, we're experiencing a slight delay in our shipping schedule. We know how excited your little explorer is to receive their package, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is working hard to restock and get your order shipped out as quickly as possible." I explain my disappointed, frustration, and annoyance with the entire process, including paying extra for shipping for items that did not ship. The response back was variations of "sorry." Two weeks later -- the order is still "Processing" and I recevied no emails to update since the last customer service interaction. Reach out again, explaining that I'd like a tracking number for the shipment or a refund in full. I then recevied an email that the refund I processing, and will take up to 10 business days to be reflected in my account...so we will see if that happens. Website -- terrible. If items are out of stock, the website should show that. Customer service -- they respond, but did not provide any answers just apologies. Price -- do NOT pay for shipping, as your item might not ship at all. Quality -- couldn't tell you, it never arrived. Overall experience -- abysmal.
