“1. I rated your question a "One Star" in order to get your attention.
2. My Grandchildren love the monthly gift, and they have fun with them. On that, I'd give you 5 stars.
3. However, the management of your program is terrible. You have no customer service phone number, which is terribly disrepectful to your customer base. I am shelling out about$120 per month for my 4 Grandchildren to receive LP packages, and I know the production cost to LP is minor and that your profits are huge...yet you refuse to provide phone based customer service.
4. Then you advertise "Live Chat"...which implies someone is there to answer the chat questions, but that is dishonest...because there isn't anyone "Live Chatting". After you send the chat question, about 20 munites later your get these light-hearted..."Hey, no one is around right now, but we'll get back with you ASAP"...type answers. Claiming that you have "Live Chat" is dishonest...because it's more like slow motion texting.
5. So our last choice as customers is e-mail. Even then, the responses are terrible. If you pull up my e-mail record from robertfitzgibbon@yahoo.com and read the most recent content where I asked a simple question..."Can you give me the billing dates for all 4 LP packages"...so that I can budget? I got some silly word salad and a request for specific needs? My needs were very clear...and were the number one issue in my communication. When I responded that I was clear, I got another e-mail telling me that the request had been delegated to someone else...and I should hear back today. How hard is it for one of your operators to simply look up the billing dates and communicate that information? It should not be that hard to get basic information.
6. I am a senior citizen and I live on SS Disability. $120 is a big chunk of my income to spend every month on such gifts. The situation is so bad that I am researching like programs from other companies... KiwiCo, MEL Science, and Bitsbox...and may have to switch due to the exorbitant LP prices and poor service. At most, your products should be in the $20 or less range, because giving the gift to each of your children or Grandchildren is a huge budget multiplier...and you will kill the goose that lays your golden egg.”

Rest assured, we take safety into account in our design, but kits containing small parts, small balls or marbles clearly display a warning to keep the product away from children under age 3. “We received this box when my son was 2 months from 3 yrs old. He immediately gravitated to the magnifying glass and carries it all over. The felt hat was way too small and impractical. He tossed it to the side and hasn't picked it back up. As a mom, I think the pouch the puzzle came in is perfect! The quality of the pieces could be better but it's sufficient. You can't go wrong with crayons, the triangle shape was very nice. I thought my son wouldn't be ready for the activity book but it was so simple yet challenging. I got excited watching him trace lines and letters, getting better with each pass. We haven't used the flash cards much but he has other letters we play with. The dry erase board I see as something we will play with more when he's not trying to write on everything except the cards. I love a parent guide book. A good purchase overall.”
