“My daughter is a precocious 4 year old. There were a couple of activities in the activity book that are beyond her, but she lapped up the information and activities she could do. But most of all she looooved the book and the suitcase. We’ve travelled with the suitcase and have reread the book multiple times. Can’t wait for the next adventure!”

“If my grandsons did not enjoy their monthly Little Passports gift from their Opa so much, I would cancel my 2 subscriptions in a heartbeat!
1.) I added a subription for my yougest grandchild. I had a 20% discount code sent in with one of the monthly pkgs. to my other grandson. I completed the new subscription & gave my credit card #, but forgot to type in the discount code. I immediately emailed & requested that they credit my card. Shortly after, I got an e-mial response saying that discount code was expired. There was NO expiration date on the discount code! Strike #1
2.) My oldest grandson has been receiving monthly Litte Passports projects for 2 - 3 years & I recently got an e-mail saying he was going to be graduating into the next higher age group & if I wanted to make any changes to the subscription I would have to do it before a certain date. When I started this subscription, I paid the monthly rate (highest). So I wanted to change it to the 6 month plan (pay every 6 months instead of every month) which would yield a $5 a month savings.
I could not fiind anywhere on the website to change my existing subcription paymnet plan, so I e-mailed support and asked them to do it for me. I got a quick response saying that I had to cancel my existing subscription and start a new one with the lower rate. Really? This is how you treat someone who has been giving you money every month for the last 2 - 3 years? Strike #2
3.) So I went ahead and cancel the existing subscription and opened up a new one at the 6 month rate. Less than 3 hours after I did this, I got an e-mail with a 25% off offer! LESS THAN 3 HOURS AFTER I AGAIN GAVE THEM MY CREDIT CARD & OPENED A NEW SUBSCRIPTION THEY GIVE ME A 25% OFF OFFER? STRIKE #3
Terrible business practices!!! I wil be looking at alternative products. I DO NOT want to keep supporting a business that uses deceptive "used-card salesman's" tactics like this!”
