Hi there, Thanks for your feedback, we're terribly sorry with regards to your initial Lo-Dough experience. We'd love to help you have a better results. It's taken us 3 years of hard dedicated work to bring our product to market and it really upsets us to hear about it when someone has a bad experience. We genuinely believe that when prepared correctly Lo-Dough doesn't go resemble the texture of styrofoam.
