Lo-Dough is specially sealed in the pack to provide 6 months freshness. There's a chance your order has been damaged in the post making is go stale. We carefully check every pack but sometimes damage can happen that is out of our hands. Fear not, customer service will be in touch arrange a replacement.

“I really like the product and was very excited to find such a low carb alternative to bread - I don't even mind the price - but I was disappointed to discover the negative press around Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and I think it's use, including amount used and heavy metal content, should be communicated more clearly.”
