“I absolutely love this product it is so versatile and there are not many products that are so adaptable that you can make anything from pizza's to puddings with them. I love making the scotch pancakes with them it feels like a special treat, I have coeliac disease so the fact that Lo-Dough is gluten free is great for me and others like me but it is also refreshing that we are not paying any more than anyone else for the privilege unlike other manufacturers that increase the prices by almost double or treble as soon as gluten free is mentioned.”

“Very occasionally I’ll open a pack and it’s stuck to the paper, I have to peel it off but it’s almost like it’s damp. Other times it smells strange. Saying that though, I use it every day and would miss it if I didn’t have it.”

“Great product, doesn’t feel like you are missing out so much when using as alternative to carbs. Only suggestion is resealable packs for freshness if you don’t use the whole pack.”
