“Was pretty sure I wouldn’t like this as I don’t normally like the taste of sweeteners. Pleasantly surprised - no chemical sweetener taste or aftertaste. I made the banana brownies. I like a softer fudge texture so added a splash more water to the mix than recommended and baked for 20 mins only in fan oven at 180. They were a very good texture. Hit the spot for a sweet craving after lunch”

“Taste is really lovely and to just add water is perfect. It does produce a strange coating on top with a yellow/green tinge which looks unpleasant but doesn't taste of anything.”
