“I’ve used the mix which is quite good, but is slightly rubbery and has a faint bitter aftertaste which I can’t identify, but my gluten intolerant son liked it! The lo-dough produce arrived quickly. The only downside is that the Lo-dough products are overly expensive for what they are - flours, chemicals and water. The cake and brownie mixes have too much packaging - you don’t need a bag and a box - a sealable bag which can be also reused then recycled would be the best option.”
