“I love these brownies. They are tasty and filling. They are a great option for a low calorie treat that stops me from feeling deprived of goodies when I'm watching what I eat. So very easy to make as well, you certainly don't need to be a cook. Just add water. I put a cherry or raspberry on top of each of mine. You can do what you like with the mix.”

“OMG finally a low carb keto cake that actually works as a proper cake. I’m not a fan of brownies so I added a teaspoon of baking powder, as per one of the recipes in the cookbook to make a cake and I also added some chopped pecans. Scrummy fits the bill perfectly and my son and young grandsons were also happily chomping on them . Bravo”
