“This is amazing- gluten free, and the nearest thing to a proper crumb coating I’ve come across yet - everything else I’ve tried is either really soggy when cooked, to carb heavy ( rice crumb), or too coarse. This however, is a dream - fabulous for chicken goujouns, but equally excellent on salmon and lightly fried - yummy and fabulous!!”
