“The Cake Bar was purchased as a chocolate treat for myself and also as a way to boost my fibre intake. While the Cake Bar is tasty enough, I find it a little dry - and if you're eating the whole thing on its own by the time you get about half way through you can primarily taste the artificial sweetener. I'm considering cutting them in half and eating them separately to bypass the 'second half mouth fatigue' encountered, or will cut them up and add them to some vanilla or toffee yoghurt. All in all, a good tasting snack bar for as much fibre as you get.”
