“Ordered on line and received the order within the time frame given upon placing the order. Slight issue with the courier who damaged the box and lost 2 of the loft legs in transit. Contacted the seller and they replaced the missing legs promptly. Would use again because of the seller being quick to rectify the issue caused by the courier. Competitive pricing as well compared to the big named stores.”
“Very solid once installed. Best to get all four screws started in the base before starting to attach to the joists, it would be a bit quicker and easier if pilot holes were pre-drilled into the feet. Overall a really useful product.”
