“Awful - Ordered loft legs from R J JONES INDUSTRIES through B & Q. Arrived too late AND an item was missing. R J Industries were unhelpful when I wanted to return them. Refused to send me a pre paid label. Took lots of e mails to try and get it resolved. Received lots of rude , unhelpful and unprofessional e mails from R J JONES in the end B & Q had to step in to try and resolve the issue. Would obviously never order from them again. Really bad service.”
We provide free delivery for these products with estimated, rather than guaranteed, turnaround times. Although we adhered to these timelines, the customer demanded that we collect the items. Consequently, we have already covered the initial shipping costs, and she is now requesting that we pay for the collection as well.
Throughout our interactions, we maintained a professional manner; however, due to the customer's increasingly rude and demanding behavior, we involved B&Q. Ultimately, it was determined that we had followed all correct procedures, and the customer was required to return the goods themselves.
