“Did not receive item. Update: The representative sends me a message saying the item was 3 days early about 15 hours ago which is false because it was 3 days late and I was issued a refund. People don't waste your time or money paying for expedited shipping and if you need a book made in a specific time frame you might want to deal with another company. Worse experience ever. I definitely won't be using them again.”

“My book got lost in the mail and Nikki in customer service was just the best, that was the fastest and kindest customer service I've ever had. I was nervous about getting my book in time and they reprinted it and mailed it with the fastest shipping and I got it in time. This company is really great and ill deffinetly use them again in the future”
