“rsonalised a love book for my partners anniversary present In February earlier this year. I paid quite a bit extra to upgrade it to a hardback copy so it was a proper book and would last for a lifetime. I live in England so I had to pay a lot for delivery and shipping. I had recently moved house at the time of purchasing the order while being heavily pregnant and I had entered my old address which was completely my own mistake. I quickly realised after receiving my order confirmation email and immediately requested to change the delivery address via the company’s website. I took a screenshot of this in case I needed proof. Anyway, despite my efforts to get my book delivered to the correct address it was still delivered to my old address and there was no one there to sign for it so it was rejected and sent back to Royal Mail sorting department leaving me worried about how I could get it. To make things worse, I tried everything I could to contact Royal Mail and locate the book but learned that it was being passed around the UK to different Royal Mail departments and all my emails to Royal Mail were ignored. In the end I was told by a member of Royal Mail that it will eventually be sent back to the sender in the states and all I can do is contact the sender and try and find some sort of solution. I made the love book company aware of what had happened and how unhappy I have been left with the whole experience and they never responded to me. Then had the audacity to send me an email asking me for feedback and a review on their service! I’ve still had no communication from them to say whether they received my book back even though I’ve left emails with my order number and reference numbers. I was really hoping for a response so I could sort re–shipping or try for a refund so I can re–order as I really want to see my partners face when he reads through his personalised book of our relationship and memories together. Overall I’m not happy with the service I received from this company and would not recommend. Such a shame!”
