“Process started out really well, loved the questions ahead of time to generate relevant pages in the book. But then adding pages, rearranging them was finicky. At times the offered extra pages were already in the book but didn't show that, and then moving pages around to reorganise I had to click the mouse and indicate what page I wanted to move it to vs being able to drag and drop. Also the cover page had the image cut off slightly due to the wrap around, it's a tiny detail, but it bugged me since I went the extra effort to make the title customised.”
