“The contents of the book are perfect. The process building the story is so much fun. It's too bad the final product is flawed. My first book had a de-lamination problem on the spine. I messaged Love Book & they agreed to replace it immediately (customer service was AMAZING). The replacement book showed up with the exact same issue. I am not going to bother trying a 3rd time. It's a shame.”
