“The concept is nice but customer service is non existent. There was a mistake in the draft and I fixed it but it didn’t save. I didn’t realize until right after I placed the order. I tried to contact the company and to this day, almost one month later, still no one has responded to me. Would not buy from them again due to the lack of customer service alone.”
