“This was my first order, and it didn't start good, because I received my story book and the last two pages were cut short (missing wording) and flipped flopped (the end page was before the end page). I reported the error and I was suspicious, however, I was told that they would correct the issues and free of charge ship the new book back to me with a higher priority. The did just that, so I have to said that I am totally satisfied and can’t wait to hand deliver it to my tall girlfriend in person next month.”
