“The process was smooth, easy, and fairly quick. Overall, this is a cute concept. It is expensive for a softcover book, but you can control a portion of that price by reducing the number of pages you select. The soft cover has a really nice texture. I like the scene choices and soft yet vivid colors. There were plenty of character feature and clothing options to choose from. I liked that I could change the title of my book because we all have unique stories to tell. Thanks for helping me share mine with my loved one!”

“The product was not quite what I expected. The writing font was so large - made it seem like a child’s book. Also the print was only on one of each page - too much blank space.”

“I love the book, the final product turned out great. Pretty disappointed with the customer service. My shipping email gave me inaccurate tracking info so I was unable to keep track of my shipment, these days that’s important because of long delays and mishandled items. It would have been 5 stars without the shipping hiccup. It also could have been 3 stars had I not loved the book itself so much. Fix the CS issues and this customer would be 100% satisfied.”
