“Excellent service from Lovefone. I received the device next day in great like new physical condition. However over the next couple of days there was a strange display glitch (a temporary discolouration in the middle of the screen) that would occur randomly - happened only once or twice a day so not something that would have been easily picked up on tests. I let Lovefone know and they agreed to replace the screen without any hesitation. I went to their shop and they replaced the screen within 30 minutes. Really happy with the service - will be recommending them and using them again. Thanks!”
