“I am unsatisfied. The pants I received is bigger than what stated in the website. I asked whether I could bring in the pants to your outlet to resolve the issue but received no response. So I've to brought it for alteration at my own expense. Then your staff replied asking me to take photo of the pants I bought. I took the photos and your staff didn't even look at the photo and replied that since you altered it, we no longer able to help you. If after my alterations, the size is near the actual size of the pants should be. Doesn't it mean that the pants sent to me was wrong size? Then shouldn't your company provide compensation. I feel buying things from Shoppee is more reliable as you know they will honour it when they are in the wrong.”

“i got the white color of this pair of pants, while the length and fit is great, it was completely sheer and see-through... too bad i cannot return it... there is no way anyone could have worn them out”
