Tracking of delivery updates were not available although an email was received that package has been despatched and can be tracked through the link. Account order tracking details always remain as “despatcehd from warehouse” with no tracking updates available. Even after package received, status remained the same and when clicked on status, it’s always stating that packing is in progress. No “live” updates.”
