“I bought the blue color in a Medium because the sizing chart said waist = 28". I'm 32A bra size 5'0" and 140lbs. When I received the item, immediately thought it was way too big. I measured the waist and it came out to almost 30" (see photo) so there is some gaping and it is larger than I was hoping. However it doesn't look terrible if I wear a bra underneath to try and fill it out. If it wasn't $8 to return, I'd exchange for a small.”
