“I waited long to buy this top. Finally get 20% discount during mid-year sales, without hesitate I ordered it straight away. I bought a lot during this big sales and no issue on the items. However this top has defect on it - little hole from back to front, cannot wear it at all. I got no choice return it at 1-U outlet. Customer service is nice to refund me cash bank into my account. Actually I don't want the cash but hope to allow me to buy it at outlet with same discount price. Too bad that they are not allow me to do so. Looks like I have to miss this chance and the top because no more size and colours online. Very disappointed.”
