“I had high hopes for this dress but when I received it, I was disappointed. The colour of the polka dot ran into the white fabric. The entire dress is totally not wearable due to the colour run. Thankfully, LB agreed to a store credit refund although it's a sale items. Kudos to LB for the great service recovery.”
