“I ordered two cardigans in size 2XL, but received them in different sizes. The blue cardigan is too large and has loose threads, which makes it appear as if it may have been previously returned. The pink cardigan, on the other hand, is too small and cropped. Although I understand that sale items may not be returnable, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these cardigans and feel they should not have been sold in their current condition.”
