“I’ve been a fan of Love, Bonito for its stylish, classy, and chic designs. However, I’ve noticed a decline in quality as their items have become more expensive. My recent purchase was particularly disappointing due to poor workmanship. The stitching on the hem was noticeably substandard, as seen in the attached photo.
Given my previous poor experience with the customer service on returns, I’m hesitant to ask for an exchange or refund for this top. Additionally, it’s too late for a return since I’ve already removed the tags.
Love, Bonito’s style remains impeccable, but the increasing cost should be matched with consistent quality. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I truly enjoy the brand and its designs.”
