I went through the usual process of adding them to my cart and checking out.
I received an email stating that my payment had been received and my products would be on their way in a few days time.
My order status changed from processing, to 'in review.''
A week went by and I still hadn’t received my items, so I sent an email.
I didn’t receive a reply, so a few days later, I sent another email.
A month and several emails later (none of which received a reply), I sought a refund via PayPal.
A very disappointing outcome, from a company that I had been a loyal customer of for many years.
Needless to say, I will not be a customer of theirs any more.”
