We're so sorry to hear about your experience! As there are actives in Cloud Factory Cleanser like alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) which helps to exfoliate dead skin and unclog pores, it is possible that it can irritate sensitive skin.

The Cloud Factory Cleanser does not contain Soybean oil, but it does have coco-glucoside which acts as one of the cleansing agents of this cleanser. May we ask if you are referring to the Sunny Side Up SPF Mist instead?
