I love these brushes, unfortunately I can’t buy anymore of them because I’ve had two break in less than 3 years of regular use. I don’t do high volume grooming and just used them as they were supposed to be used. I would expect them to break in a shorter time if they weren’t so expensive. For $85 they should last 10 years or longer. I won’t be purchasing again. I wish they were better quality.

The bristles are so soft. My puppy doesn’t mind me brushing her so much now.

Overall good product, but could definitely be better, especially for the price. Although this is the best dematting brush I have found/used, I must say that I still had higher expectations of it given the brand, high cost and the reviews I had read on it. It works! but I still expected it to work better AND faster. It took me a while going over the mats MANY times (and I even had to use some detangling spray and oil) to help get the mats out. Also, after just the first use, a couple of the teeth in the top corners bent out of place. I wish it would have come with instructions on how to use it properly.

This brush is great for removing mats from the fur of a dog that tends to have mats. This is the first brush we have found that actually unmats.

I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the claims about this brush. The first dog I got to use it on was a cavapoo with some random mats from a new puppy playing with her. This brush blew me away with how fast I was able to get those mats out. I will definitely always have one of these now.
