Artero A5 cutting blades are made of high carbon steel tempered by a cryogenic treatment (heat and cold) by which they will remain sharper for longer and have extra resistance to oxidation. Artero blades are hand sharpened and undergo strict quality control. Great durability thanks to the Rockwell hardness of 62".
