“This was my first time purchasing from Love Groomers, and I was initially excited—my order shipped quickly, arriving on Wednesday after placing it on Monday with no extra shipping costs. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended.
Upon opening the Artero Bambina box, it was clear the product had been previously used. The box was dirty and unsealed, the clipper was already oiled, and there were even leftover hairs on it. I did not purchase a “like new” or gently used item, nor was it advertised as such.
Really disappointed. This will be my first and last purchase from this website.”
