The Groomer Essentials Overhead Arm & Clamps comes with two clamps, two 1" thick steel arms, and one overhead bar with seven eye bolts to use multiple restraints on lively or stubborn dogs. Its clamps have a wide surface with two bolts to securely attach to tables up to 1 1/4" thick. With the ability to adjust both the width and height, this grooming arm will fit most grooming tables and handle any pet with ease! “I was debating between 3-4 stars. It seems fairly secure but I would be nervous if I did St Bernard’s and huge dogs like that. I do at most 60-70 lb dogs and not many. The little screw knobs that secure the clamps underneath the table top I’ve noticed loosen everyday a bit so everyday, I’m having to tighten them back up. Again, I don’t know if that would cause issues but def think it’s a product flaw as they should not loosen by themselves. One of the clamps I originally received also was actually soldered crooked so the arm leaned a bit which made putting the top bar together more difficult but thankfully love groomers sent me a replacement. But overall, think this is the strongest overhead arm and clamp system I saw online so I am happy I purchased it.”

Thank you for your feedback, Kiley! Some groomers like to add a little "Loctite" threadlock to the table clamp bolts that will stay permanently set up. Please let us know if you have any other concerns!

“This overhead Arm and clamps is very sturdy. I was a bit skeptical because it was not expensive compared to others I was finding. I had no need to worry it holds strong. I highly recommend!!!”

“Worth the investment for a heavier gauge set-up. Paid for itself after one groom and a very overweight lab that wouldn't stand. Improves my grooming attitude when I do not have to hoist a lab every three minutes worrying he'd warp my old set-up. I also appreciate it not being the shiny metal that has to be polished constantly between grooms.”
