Thank you Wanda, your support means a lot to us. Our coconut oil is cold pressed from the Philippines and is certified organic, Fair Trade (by the Fair Trade Sustainability Alliance FairTSA) and Vegan and is a great replacement for processed oils in cooking. FairTSA audit and monitor the Fair Trade side of things and ensure that those farmers and workers who produce the oil benefit from these premiums. FairTSA also guarantee that monkeys are NOT used to pick the coconuts. HI Barbara, Thank you for sharing this and you sound as big a fan as we are! As you say, this is such a versatile oil and if you use lots of it then our 5 litre pail is a good option. One thing we do point out is to always use a clean and dry utensil to remove the oil so avoid any contamination (and that's true whether using our 300ml 500ml or 1litre too!). Petrina

“I have always been a fan of Lucy Bee Coconut oil, and when the special offer for the 5 litre pot came along, thought I would get it. It is the best coconut oil on the market....its excellent for eczema, which I get a lot, and before I got the oil, it was very badly infected, after using LB it has stopped that, but only with Lucy Bee does it help, I have tried others, and they don't work the same. Its wonderful.”

It's unusual to have a product that works in this way and that you can also use to replace processed oils in cooking but that's exactly the case with coconut oil! Petrina

HI Mark, Thanks for sharing this. Coconut oil is so versatile and is an ideal replacement for processed oils when cooking, with it's high smoke point of approx.180C. Obviously, taste is a very personal thing but generally the coconut taste is lost when you cook with it.
