“Great book with lots of beauty things to try out. I have tried the toothpaste and body scrub so far and they have really made a difference. My teeth feel much cleaner and my skin is much softer using the scrub and coconut oil as a moisturiser afterwards. It's a must buy!”

“Excellent little book. Only one criticism is I find the pale pastel typeface quite hard to read. However, we will definitely use the ideas and recipes.”

“I have purchased numerous different coconut oil’s over the years and only over the last few months have I used yours... what a difference. It is so much nicer and smoother. I also received your beauty book in the post yesterday and I tried the coconut pulling this morning. A very pleasant experience, in the past when I have tried this with other oils they have made me gag but LB didn’t do that at all and has really helped this morning with my sinuses. There will be no going back to any other oils in future”
