Hi Zoe, Thank you for another great review. Our Coconut Milk is made from 99.9% Coconut and has NO ADDED WATER or fillers in the ingredients. We are currently the only brand on the UK market with NO ADDED WATER in the ingredients. Many popular brands add regular water and fillers such as oats and rice, with a very low Coconut percentage. We are currently the only brand on the UK market with no added water in the ingredients as many brands use fillers such as oats and rice, with a very low Coconut % which gives them an artificial taste, where as ours is like drinking straight from a Coconut! Our Coconut Milk is #1 Ethical Best Buy as voted by Ethical Consumer :) It's also great to know it's Organic and Fair Trade too!
