“Just bought the tonic and muslin cloth, to go with my cleanser and moisturiser I got for Christmas. Absolutely brilliant at removing makeup. Leaves my skin smooth and fresh. Not bad for a 48 year olds skin.”

“I used this along side the cleanser. I did suffer a little with breakouts depending on the time of the month & then it increased with having to wear a mask creating a build up of bacteria. I have to say it does what it says. Within a week of first using them both together it made a difference. If I slip on my evening routine, I can tell. I often use this on its own without the cleanser to freshen up. The only thing I’m not so keen on is the coating it seems to leaves on the skin, almost leaving it dry. It’s not, it’s just the product doing it’s thing I suppose. I’ve not tried the moisturiser yet to see if it compliments further. Love it’s not in plastic too. Great work Lucy Bee!”

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback, it is wonderful to hear that you are already seeing the benefits of using the Lucy Bee routine. I'm sorry to hear you are feeling like you have a coating on your skin, the skin should feel fresh and tighter after using. I would please recommend that you ensure you have fully removed the cleansing cream with your muslin cloth or flannel, and that your skin is completely dry before applying the Tonic. Thank you Gemma, it is wonderful to hear how much you are enjoying our skincare. As you say, consistency is key and it is fantastic to hear that you have noticed an improvement with your complexion. Sorry that you feel like you have a coating on your skin, could I please ask you to try a couple of things.. please ensure you have removed all of your cleansing cream using a warm muslin cloth (or gently with a flannel). Please then ensure that your skin is completely dry before using the tonic, please do not soak the cotton wool (you do not want to use too much product), and then apply your face cream when your skin is dry. This should stop the feeling of product on the skin. Thank you very much for your feedback, Rian

“Amazing product. Really does leave your skin glowing and I'm on my 3rd bottle now. The only thing to be mindful of is if you're really into your skincare already, you may need to rejig your routine, as it's not recommended to use it with things like retinol amongst other serums.”
