The Rizopia pastas are fantastic for wheat intolerant people. No one notices that it isn’t normal pasta. Makes fantastic mac and cheese. I use potato starch to thicken the sauce. We ate one and froze 2. Just Remember to cover with a little milk or cream after the frozen ones are defrosted and put in oven to cook through.

Thank you for your great review of the Rizopia pasta. You're right - nobody notices that it is gluten free when they try it making it a fantastic option when catering for coeliacs. Thank you for your tip on Mac and cheese too! Georgia

The best pasta I've ever tried. Not many GF pastas keep their shape and taste that great, but this one is so delicious. Makes amazing mac & cheese too.
