“The Rizopia pastas are fantastic for wheat intolerant people. No one notices that it isn’t normal pasta. Makes fantastic mac and cheese. I use potato starch to thicken the sauce. We ate one and froze 2. Just Remember to cover with a little milk or cream after the frozen ones are defrosted and put in oven to cook through.”

Thank you for your great review of the Rizopia pasta. You're right - nobody notices that it is gluten free when they try it making it a fantastic option when catering for coeliacs. Thank you for your tip on Mac and cheese too! Georgia
